Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! Please see our Shipping page for more information and pricing.
Please note that we are unable to send sparklers and cannons overseas.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item subject to the following conditions: - the item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. - items must be returned in original condition and unused. - Earrings - Due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind return requests earrings. How quickly will you ship my order?
All orders placed before 1pm AEST time are processed the next business day. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
When will my order arrive?
All orders ship from The Whole Bride in Tweed Heads, NSW. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
What if the item I want is sold out?
Simply click 'Notify Me' on the sold out product listing, enter your email address and we will get in touch as soon as the item is back in stock!
Do you offer AfterPay and what is it?
Yes we do! Available on Australian orders only, AfterPay is an interest free payment plan option. It’s very similar to a lay-by but instead of waiting for your purchase it is shipped to you immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Paypal, GooglePay and AfterPay. Simply select your desired payment method at checkout and follow the appropriate prompts.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Absolutely! Any of our products can be purchased at wholesale rates. Simply sign up for a wholesale account here!
How do I enter a discount code or gift voucher?
After you have added all the items to your cart, go to your cart and select checkout. You will then have the option to add your discount code or gift voucher to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
